Hi, this is Aditi Pandit, a digital marketing professional with a strong academic background and professional experience in structured communication and digital strategy. I hold a Post Graduate degree in Digital Marketing from DigiFine Academy and a Bachelor of Arts degree from SNDT University. This educational background has helped me develop strong analytical capacities, communication skills, and logical thinking, which I now apply while working as a digital marketing expert.

My journey into the world of marketing didn't begin directly. Before transitioning into digital marketing, I worked for two years as a Documents Manager in Instrumentation at L&T Hydrocarbon. During this time, I was involved in major projects such as GCP1, GCP4, GCP5, and JG31. My responsibilities involved managing structured information, maintaining documentation accuracy, and ensuring aligned workflow systems.

Although the role was technical, it taught me valuable professional skills such as organisation, attention to detail, and structured problem solving. These skills subsequently became extremely useful when working in performance marketing, where campaign data, reporting, and optimisation require precise analysis.

My transition into digital marketing was driven by curiosity about how brands grow online and how digital channels impact consumer behaviour. I began learning about search engine optimisation, paid advertising, and audience targeting. Over time, I developed a strong interest in strategic planning and campaign management, which led me to build my expertise as a digital marketing strategist.

Today, my experience includes working with SEO strategies, paid advertising campaigns, social media marketing, and programmatic advertising. As an SEO specialist, I concentrate on improving website visibility through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO improvements. In my role as a PPC specialist, I manage paid strategies with a singular focus: generating targeted leads that actually move the needle for ROI.

I've always been drawn to the duality of this industry — the fact that a campaign can be visually bold and innovative while still being strictly governed by analytics. This balance is what defines performance marketing for me. Using data to validate creative ideas isn't just a preference; it's the most reliable way to ensure a business sees sustainable growth in a crowded digital space.
